Hiking Up To Longji Village
s promised, yesterday’s photograph took 60 seconds whereas this one took nearly 60 minutes. I took the even exposures from my panoramic bracketing that I took and merged them to panorama using the Reposition alignment setting of course. And that just kicked off the beginning. From there Topaz Labs Remask helped remove the white sky so I could put in some killer sunset clouds. And for the master touch I used the gradient tool to give a swooping vignette on the bottom left and right to help draw the viewer in.
The end result: does it look slightly digitalized? Yes. But only slightly to me, which is cool….as I love it when it is hard to tell if it fantasy or reality.
