Looking Out a Cave at the Top of Zhangjiajie
I love being in famous places during the “off season.” Sure, it’s the off-season for a reason. In Zhangjiajie, it was super cold and had zero foreign tourism support. Okay…that sucked. Fair enough. But guess what? There was no one there. I could go wherever and get pictures without any people in them. Here, some rock-climbing was done to get into position to take this picture right as the sun was setting. I wish I could tell you what famous place this was, but I can’t because none of the signs had anything but traditional Chinese Characters. What I can tell you is that this is the hike at the second bus stop from the Elevator to the top of the mountain.
